Re-enrollment begins in Arizona
Great Hearts Academies March 5, 2024 -
At Great Hearts Arizona academies, the time has come to re-enroll current students for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. Arizona Enrollment Manager, Stephanie Eck, emphasizes the importance of completing re-enrollment paperwork for every student. “This will help determine how many seats will be available for next year, and therefore how many new students can join the Great Hearts community.” Eck encourages parents to reach out to their respective academies for further guidance or inquiries.
Please remember to complete re-enrollment regardless of your plans for next year: there are options for returning, withdrawing, and undecided (if you are undecided, please secure your 2024-2025 spot by re-enrolling now and letting us know later if you change your mind). This is quick and easy if you have everything ready.
For those re-enrolling or undecided:
- Complete the required information for each student via your portal
- Provide a copy of a residency document (such as a driver’s license or utility bill) matching the current address on the registration form and listing the person who electronically signed the re-enrollment documents
For those withdrawing their student(s):
- Complete re-enrollment on the portal indicating that the student will not return for the 2024-2025 school year
- Download the withdrawal form, sign it (in box 12), and date it (in box 14) accordingly. These are the only two fields that need to be completed
- Return the signed withdrawal form to the academy office
Alternate arrangements can be made if dropping off packets in person is not feasible. Contact the front office of your school for assistance. Of course, our hope is for all students to return to Great Hearts academies for the upcoming school year.
If you are currently on a waiting list for an academy, the re-enrollment process could mean good news for your family. Eck said to keep alert of any communications from the schools. “We plan to have more offers go out later in March due to updated re-enrollment numbers and information so keep checking the Parent Portal or email for a possible offer.”
