Appreciating Our Teachers with Hot Deals

Great Hearts Academies May 8, 2024 -

Our academies at Great Hearts would not be the pinnacles of classical education without our teachers, who continue to seek Truth, Goodness, and Beauty along with their students. We join the rest of the country in celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week to acknowledge the dedication of our teachers to their students and communities. This week is set aside annually as a time for students, parents, administrators, and the community to express gratitude for the hard work and invaluable service educators provide.

All our academies are treating their teachers in some way. For instance, the headmasters at Great Hearts Anthem made breakfast for their teaching staff and the PSO at Archway Trivium provided a “Taco Tuesday” lunch for the faculty to enjoy. And throughout our network, coffee, snacks, and lunches are being provided to faculty as small tokens of appreciation. Gift cards, coffee mugs, and thank you cards thoughtfully prepared by parents are being delivered to classrooms. And as a parent, I too, have felt the worry of wondering if that candy bouquet made it all the way to the classroom without my child sampling it along the way.
