Arizona Families, your student qualifies for Rollover if:
• The waitlisted application was submitted before September 2^nd, 2024.
• The waitlisted application is not for an exit grade (Archway 5^th grade)
• Great Hearts Anthem, Great Hearts Roosevelt, Great Hearts Online, and Maryvale Prep are eligible to rollover a 5th grade waitlisted application.

Reminder:
• Rollover applications will receive priority over new, incoming, non-prioritized applications submitted during the open enrollment period.
• Waitlisted applications cannot be rolled over from one academy to another.
• Waitlisted applications cannot be rolled over into the same grade.
• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to opt in the application(s) for rollover during the eligible period.
• Those that do not opt in during the rollover period must reapply during open enrollment.
• If your student receives an enrollment offer at any time during this school year, the rollover application for that academy will not be eligible for the waitlist next year.

Rollover Steps 
1. Please access the enrollment Parent Portal using your username and password.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the MY APPLICATIONS section.
3. Locate your student’s name and select the Rollover Applications button.
4. Fill out each page completely and then click Submit.
5. You will receive an email confirming your rollover application within 30 minutes.
