As a Great Hearts family, you are eligible to win D-Backs prizes and game-day experiences. To be eligible, you must purchase tickets to the game. If you haven’t done that yet, please purchase your tickets here.

Additionally, if you plan to participate in the pregame warning track parade, details about exact timing will be sent out the week of. But for planning purposes, you can expect the parade to begin sometime around 6 pm.

Prizes and Game-Day Experiences Available:
• On-field batting practice viewing for eight (8)
• On-field viewing of national anthem for fifteen (15) *5+ years old
• Three (3) participants for the Hot Dog Derby *must be between the ages of 6-12
• One (1) Autographed item
• One (1) Promotional swag bag

*Please note that certain options may require students to be of a certain age, or may require students to be separated from their parents for a short amount of time (while being supervised by Diamondbacks staff).

To be eligible for the prizes, you must submit this form no later than September 16th. Winners will be notified by phone by September 19th.
